Our chef and owner Tee is from southern Thailand, his family lives on the island of Ko Phangan in the Gulf of Thailand. Tee’s love of cooking came from his mom Somjai. From a young age his mom taught him how to cook many different family recipes that have been passed down for generations.
Food is a huge part of the Thai culture and family gatherings revolve around food. Over the years Tee has used his knowledge and love of Thai cuisine to create authentic Thai food with a Canadian twist.
